Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
Creating an account or using WeSeeYouu means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not, do not use the app.
2. Service
WeSeeYouu lets you publish and read proofs (photo, video, text) tied to places, a public feed, alerts, pages (association, school, directory), a map, messages, and live rooms. A red alert is published only after server-side validation by an association admin.
3. Age
You must be at least 15. Sign-up asks for that declaration and a date of birth. An account that breaks the rule can be closed.
4. Account
- Keep your credentials secret. Activity on the account is yours.
- Profile information must be accurate.
- An account may be suspended for a violation, abuse, or a risk to people.
- Deletion: Settings → Delete account. See this page.
5. Content
5.1 Licence
You keep your rights in what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content in order to run WeSeeYouu.
5.2 Forbidden
- Illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
- Hate, harassment, threats
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming, CSAM
- Pornography
- Doxxing, live tracking of a person, publishing someone else’s private data
- A call to illegal action, or instructions for damaging property
- Infringement of others’ rights, spam, impersonation
Public content is a visible proof. Anonymity toward other users, where it exists, does not cover abuse. We may remove content and close an account.
6. Report and block
- Report a post, comment, profile, or message from the app.
- Block an account: its content leaves your feed.
- Reports are reviewed. Target: within 24 hours for a safety report.
- Contact: support@weseeyouu.app
7. Roles
A hidden button in the app grants no right. Association, school, and alert validation are decided by the server.
8. The app itself
The app, the name WeSeeYouu, and associated elements belong to Claude Sovogui. Content posted by users stays theirs, under the licence in §5.1.
9. Availability
The service may stop, lose data, or change. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
10. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights in France or the European Union.
11. Indemnity
You cover Claude Sovogui against claims arising from your content or from breaking these terms, to the extent the law allows.
12. Governing law
French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
13. Changes
The date at the top is updated. Continued use after a change means acceptance, unless the law requires otherwise. The version accepted at sign-up is stored on the account.
