Account deletion

App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and the Google Play equivalent.

In the app

1. Open WeSeeYouu and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete account
4. Type SUPPRIMER and confirm

This cannot be undone. The session is closed.

By email

Write to support@weseeyouu.app with the subject “Account deletion request” and the account email. We check that the request comes from the account holder.

What is removed

• Email, password, handle, name, phone, date of birth, avatar, bio
• The authentication account (Cognito), when one is linked
• Notification tokens and the session
• Comments
• Contact details left on a page application

Published proofs and alerts are hidden from the feed.

A copy someone else already kept, or data the law requires us to keep, may remain. Residual technical backups are purged within 30 days. An association admin account is not deleted by this button.
